This six-week program is separated into two phases. The first three weeks are Phase One, and it is all about building strength and muscle. This is designed to get your metabolism revved up, incorporate more lean meats and healthy carbs into your diet, and get you in the habit of regularly going to the gym.

 

Phase Two will consist of a variety of explosive and powerful movements. Phase Two is still focused on building strength, but the ultimate goal of Phase Two is to build up your athletic performance. This program will enhance your everyday core, strength, and functional mobility.

 

*Along with any plan, you will receive an initial consultation and weekly check-ins to track your progress. You will also be able to adjust any plan to fit your schedule!*
